Privacy notice

Who
The owner of shah.vision, in the United Kingdom, is responsible for your data. Get in touch through the contact page.
What and why
Your photos and the medicine details read from them, used only to give you your result, with the consent you give before you start.
Who else
Anthropic's Claude AI reads the photos and writes the guides, looking up medicine names on the web, never photos or personal details. Cloudflare runs the service and its invisible check against automated use, Turnstile, which works under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in new tab). Amazon Web Services hosts the site. Anthropic is in the United States under UK safeguards and does not train its AI on your data.
How long
This service keeps nothing. Anthropic deletes what it receives within 30 days, or up to two years if flagged for misuse; Cloudflare keeps basic security records such as IP addresses. To limit how often the service is used, it counts checks against a scrambled form of your IP address, deleted after 24 hours. Your browser keeps your consent for 30 days and, only if you choose to save it, each prescription with a small picture of it, any name you give it and its latest medicines check with small pictures of the packs, for 30 days or until you forget it. It also keeps each result for 7 days, so the same photo is not checked twice; "Forget this prescription" removes them. If you choose, it also keeps a list of your medicines until you remove them; to check them together, their names and ingredients are sent as above.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete your data, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). For people aged 18 or over, or with a parent or guardian. Visits are counted without cookies.
